You keep the copyright of your entry. By entering you allow MysMatch to show your entry, credited to you, on its own channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, website and app), free of charge and without time limit. If we want to use your work commercially in any other way, we'll ask you first.
The MysMatch team judges the idea, the craft, and how well an entry fits our audience and channels. You can follow your status (Submitted, In review, Shortlisted, Interview, Selected / Not selected) on the challenge page after signing in. Apart from the job contract for each track winner, being shortlisted or interviewed doesn't guarantee a job offer. Our decisions are final.
What we collect: your account email, the details you type in the form (name, email, phone, city, country, links, handle, availability), your entry and the files you upload (CV, documents, images, PDFs).
Why: to run the challenge, judge entries, contact you about your entry and, if you're shortlisted, about a role. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it: only you and the MysMatch team members who judge the challenge. Files are stored privately with our hosting provider (Supabase) and opened through short-lived links.
How long: until 15 June 2027. Withdrawing an entry or deleting your account removes it earlier, files included.
Your rights: you can see and change your entry on the challenge page, withdraw it, or ask us to access, correct or delete your data at contact@mys-match.com. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
Write to contact@mys-match.com or use the questions field in the form.
